We cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to force majeure circumstances that may reasonably be considered beyond our control, notwithstanding our implementation of reasonable preventive measures, such as: natural disaster; trade or labor dispute; power failure; act, omission or failure to act of any government or authority; obstruction or failure of telecommunications services; or any other delay or failure caused by a third party, and we shall not be liable for any resulting delay or failure caused by any third party. In such an event, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Service without liability.

15. RESPONSIBILITY

15.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not compensate you for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) that you may suffer if we fail to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions unless we breach any duty imposed on us by law. (including if we cause death or personal injury through our negligence), in which case we will not be liable to you if the failure is due to: (I) your own fault; (II) a third party unrelated to our performance of these terms (for example, problems relating to the performance of the communications network, congestion and connectivity or the performance of your computer equipment); or (III) Any other event that neither we nor our suppliers could have foreseen or prevented, even if we or they had exercised diligent judgment.

15.2 We strongly recommend that you: (I) take care to check the suitability and compatibility of the service with your own computer equipment before use; and (II) take reasonable precautions to protect yourself from malicious programs or devices, including by installing anti-virus software.

16. GAMBLING BY MINORS

16.1 If we suspect that you are currently under 18 years of age or were under 18 years of age (or under the age of majority as provided by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) when you placed any bets through the Service, your account will be suspended (blocked). so that you do not place any further bets or withdraw funds from your account. We will then investigate the matter, including whether you have placed bets as an agent or otherwise on behalf of a person under the age of 18 (or under the age of majority as provided by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you). If you are found to be (a) currently; (b) under the age of 18 or under the age of majority applicable to you at the relevant time; or (c) betting as an agent for or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 or under the age of majority applicable to you: all winnings currently or to be credited to your account will be retained; all winnings received from betting through the Service when you are under the age of majority must be paid to us on demand (if you fail to comply with this provision, we will endeavor to recover all costs associated with recovering such amounts); and/or any monies deposited into your account which are not winnings will be returned to you OR retained until you reach the age of 18 at our sole discretion. 16.2 This condition also applies to you if you are over the age of 18 but place your bets in a jurisdiction that has a higher age than 18 for legal betting and you are under that minimum legal age in that jurisdiction.

16.3 If we suspect that you are breaching the provisions of this clause or attempting to rely on them for fraudulent purposes, we reserve the right to take any action necessary to investigate the matter, including informing the relevant law enforcement authorities.

17. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

17.1 FoxBet prohibits and rejects the use of the Service for any form of illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing or violation of trade sanctions. Accounts suspected of money laundering using the Service may be blocked and transactions may be stopped until the risk department has completed all necessary procedures. According to FoxBet AML policy, all crypto deposits must meet basic rollover requirements. Rollover means that all users must wager 100% for gaming or 300% for sports betting on an upcoming deposit before withdrawals can be made. This means that if your deposit is, for example, $300 in ETH, you must wager at least $300 in ETH (for gaming) or at least $900 in ETH (for sports betting) before a withdrawal can be approved. This rule applies to each User's cryptocurrency balance. FoxBet's Risk Department has the right to stop any suspicious transaction to prevent money laundering. User accounts may be investigated by the Risk Department until all requirements are met, payments will be stopped during the investigation.

17.2 Know Your Customer ("KYC") FoxBet reserves the right to request any KYC documentation at any time if necessary. FoxBet reserves the right to restrict use of the Services, deposits or withdrawals until identity is sufficiently established, or for any other reason at the discretion of FoxBet's Risk Department. FoxBet has determined a first response within 7 days as acceptable during the KYC procedure. The full procedure must be completed no later than 30 days after receipt of the first response from the Risk Department via email to support@foxbet.game. In case of suspected fraud, and if the user rejects the requested information from the risk management department or the acceptable period expires, FoxBet reserves the right to permanently close access to the user's account.

17.3 We will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any Customer involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. We will suspend payment to any Customer if any of them are suspected. The Customer shall determine and shall pay to us on demand all costs, charges or losses incurred or suffered by us (including any direct, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly as a result of the Customer's fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

18.1 Any unauthorized use of our name and logo may result in legal action against you.

18.2 As between us and you, we are the sole owners of the rights to the Service, our technology, software and business systems ("Systems"), and our chances. you must not use your personal profile for your own commercial gain (for example, to sell your status update to an advertiser); and in choosing an alias for your Account, we reserve the right to remove or return it if we deem it appropriate.

18.3 You may not use our URL, trademarks, trade names and/or trade dress, logos ("Marks") and/or our chances in connection with any product or service that is not owned by us, that is in any way likely to mislead Customers. or publicly, or that disparages us in any way.

18.4 Except as expressly provided in these Terms, we and our licensors do not grant you any express or implied right, license, title or interest in the Systems or Marks, or all such right, license, title and interest specifically reserved to us and our licensors. You agree not to use any automatic or manual device to monitor or copy web pages or content on the Service. Any unauthorized use or reproduction may result in legal action against you.

19. YOUR LICENSE

19.1 Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. Our license to you terminates if our agreement with you under these Terms terminates.

20.1 For your protection and the protection of all our Customers, the posting of any content on the Service, and conduct in connection with it and/or the Service that is illegal, inappropriate or objectionable, is strictly prohibited ("Prohibited Conduct" ).

20.2 If you engage in Prohibited Conduct, or we determine in our sole discretion that you engage in Prohibited Conduct, your Account and/or your access to or use of the Service may be terminated immediately without notice. Another Customer, another third party, law enforcement authorities and/or we may take legal action against you in connection with your Prohibited Conduct.

20.3 Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, accessing or using the Service to:

• promote or share information that you know is false, misleading or illegal;
• engage in any illegal or unlawful activity such as, but not limited to, any activity that aids or abets any criminal activity or enterprise, violates the privacy or other rights of another Customer or any other third party, or creates or distributes computer viruses;
• to harm minors in any way;
• transmit or make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, indecent, indecent, violent, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• transmit or provide any content that the user is not authorized to provide under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship, including, but not limited to, any content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property and proprietary rights;
• transmit or make available any content or material containing any software virus or other computer or program code (including HTML) designed to interrupt, destroy or alter the functionality of the Service, its presentation or any other website, computer software or equipment;

• create Accounts on the Website through automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses;
• impersonate another Customer or any other third party;
• Using cheating and unfair advantages, including system crashes and bugs, as well as using bots (automated players) or using "bugs";
• criminal activities, including money laundering and other criminal incursions.

20.4 If you discover or suspect that a player is cheating, colluding or engaging in fraudulent behavior, please notify our representative immediately. The Company reserves the right to terminate games or events in each of the above cases and in any other cases to prevent fraud.

20.5 The above list of Prohibited Conduct is not exhaustive and may be amended by us at any time or from time to time. We reserve the right to investigate and take all such action as we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate or necessary in the circumstances, including, but not limited to, removing Customer's communications from the Service and/or deleting Customer's Account, and to take any action. against any Customer or third party who directly or indirectly engages in, or knowingly permits any third party to directly or indirectly engage in, Prohibited Conduct, with notice to such Customer or third party, or without notice to such Customer or third party or without notice to the Customer or third party.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by or affiliated with us and over which we have no control. Links to such websites are provided solely as a convenience to Customers and are in no way investigated, monitored or verified by us for accuracy or completeness. 22. COMPLAINTS

22.1 If you have any concerns or questions about these Terms, you should contact our customer service department via the links on the website and use your registered email address in all communications with us. If a user has a complaint, you should write an email about the dispute to our customer service team at support@foxbet.game.

22.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, we shall have no liability to you or any third party when responding to or acting on any complaint we receive.

22.3 If the Customer is dissatisfied with the way in which a rate has been calculated, the Customer must provide details of their complaint to our customer service department. We will make all reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries of this nature within a few days (and in any event we intend to respond to all such inquiries within 28 days of receipt).

22.4 Disputes must be filed within fourteen (14) days from the date of the decision on the rate in question. No claims will be honored after this period. The Client is solely responsible for his/her Account transactions.

22.5. If there is a dispute between you and us, our customer service team will try to find an agreed solution. If our Customer Services team is unable to reach an agreed solution with you, the matter will be referred to our management.

22.6 If all efforts to resolve the dispute to the Customer's satisfaction are unsuccessful, the Customer has the right to file a complaint with our licensing authority Gaming Services Provider NV.

23. TASK

26.2 Gender.
